The Carbolt 101 tow bar lock is a variant of the tow bar lock that has been specifically designed to secure rear doors and trailers on vans. The lock remains fitted even when the trailer is connected, ensuring continuous protection.
Installation next to the trailer hitch
The Carbolt 101 is mounted next to the tow bar using the bracket provided. The lock can fold away so that it remains on the vehicle both when open and closed. Please note that the lock can only fold to the right. If your vehicle is fitted with a running board, the Carbolt 101 may not fit.
Flange ball or side mounting
The Carbolt 101 comes with the appropriate mounting material for your tow bar ball, be it for the flange ball or the side mount.
